By Land (view map of directions):
Take the Long Island Expressway to the end, this turns into County Road 58 (Rt. 25). Follow signs to Greenport. Rt. 25 ends in Greenport at Main St. Turn Left and proceed one block to Bay Ave. Turn Right and proceed one block. The Victorian Lady is on the far right corner. Turn right to driveway on your left.

By Sea:
CROSS SOUND FERRY SERVICES
Only 15 minutes from the Orient Point Ferry. Go West on Rt. 25 to the blinking light. Turn left and proceed to Bay Ave. Turn left and proceed one block. The Victorian Lady is on the far right corner. Turn right to driveway on your left.

BRIDGEPORT-PORT JEFFERSON FERRY
Follow directions by land after departing ferry.

By Bus:

By Train:
